Eligibility: To be eligible for the MindBreath App Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid PayPal account. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.

Affiliate Responsibilities: As an affiliate, you are responsible for promoting MindBreath App to your audience in a way that is ethical, legal, and respectful. You agree not to engage in any spamming or other unethical practices. You are also responsible for ensuring that your referral link is working properly and for monitoring your earnings and referral activity through the affiliate dashboard provided in the iOS app itself.

Commission Rate and Payment: Affiliates will earn a commission of 25% of the revenue generated from purchases made through their referral link applicable only to users of iOS platform. Payments will be made in USD and currency exchange rates will be based on the day of the transaction. Payments will be made monthly on the 15th of the following month, provided the minimum payout amount of $100 USD has been reached. If the minimum payout amount has not been reached, earnings will roll over to the next month.

Recurring Subscription: Commission will not be paid for recurring subscriptions made by customers referred by the affiliate. Commission will only be paid for the initial purchase made by a referred customer.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate's participation in the program at any time for any reason. If an affiliate violates any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement, their participation in the program may be terminated immediately and any earnings may be forfeited.

Modification: We reserve the right to modify any part of this agreement at any time, without prior notice. Affiliates are responsible for keeping up-to-date with any changes to the terms and conditions.

Liability: MindBreath App shall not be liable for any damages or losses that result from an affiliate's participation in the program. Affiliates participate in the program at their own risk and are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

Fraudulent Activity: Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to click fraud or fake referrals, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of participation in the program. Affiliates found engaging in fraudulent activity will forfeit any earnings and may be subject to legal action.

Indemnification: Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold MindBreath App harmless from any claims, damages, or losses that arise from their participation in the program. Affiliates are solely responsible for their own actions and any consequences that result.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of  Gujarat, India without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Intellectual Property: Affiliates acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the MindBreath App brand and associated products and services belong to MindBreath App. Affiliates are prohibited from using any MindBreath App intellectual property in any way that is not explicitly authorized by MindBreath App.

Non-Exclusive: This agreement does not create an exclusive relationship between MindBreath App and the affiliate. MindBreath App may enter into similar agreements with other affiliates, and affiliates may promote other products and services in addition to MindBreath App.

Disclaimer of Warranty: MindBreath App makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the affiliate program or any products or services provided through the program. MindBreath App disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall MindBreath App be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the affiliate program or any products or services provided through the program.

Survival: The terms and conditions outlined in this agreement shall survive termination of the affiliate's participation in the program.
