Smartlook is a service provided by Smartlook.com, s.r.o., ID No.: 095 08 830, with its registered office at: Šumavská 524/31, Veveří, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, EU.
It provides us with a screen recording feature for the app. This helps us iron out bugs and Ui glitches. It does not record any portion of the screen not pertaining to the Mindbreath app. Any sensitive data popup or notification unrelated to the Mindbreath app during Mindbreath app usage is blocked and never recorded. All keypad popups are also blocked. It does not function outside the Mindbreath app.

Camera permissions- Used for accessing the camera for capturing video from the device, this is essential for some of the app's features.
Phone sensors usage- motion sensor and gyroscope
Used to detect unwanted motions and warn user's to not cause motion while using some of the app's features.
Read/write data on phone- Users can access and save their data, important for app functionality.
Payments-
We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).
We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights, artwork, techniques and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Mindbreath and its owner.
Mindbreath is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The Mindbreath app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Mindbreath app won’t work properly or at all. The app does not currently use any third party services.
You should be aware that there are certain things that Mindbreath’s owner will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but the owner cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Along the same lines, Owner of the App cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Owner of the App cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to Owner of the App’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times. At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Owner of the App does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Mindbreath app contains various health techniques which may popularly be known to provide health benefits, while not all health benefits listed are proven scientifically, that does not mean our intention is to mislead anybody.
A user is expected to use his own reasoning before commencing a technique.
Mindbreath or its owners take no responsibility in case of any health issues, injury, hazard or death occurring when using the app or any claims of the app’s techniques being related to any aforementioned scenario.
A user is expected to be fully responsible in case of any health hazard or other accident or situation which may arise during or after use of the app.
Users with health conditions are advised to use app only after consulting with their doctor or physician.
Users are expected to stop using the app anytime they feel dizzy or lightheaded or develop any uncomfortable scenario.
No financial claims for damages of any kind will be entertained. No moral damage claims will be entertained.

The app is meant to be used by fully healthy and functional people, the app is not meant or targeted at people with any disability, illness or disease as they may not be able to fully use the app.
Heart rate monitor use case limitations-

The feature may cause flash to become hot and cause finger to heat as well. Please stop using in such a case.

Health related metrics like- stress, energy, health index, Ans balance, health/fitness etc and health related advice are generated by the app based on a heart reading session. These are mere opinions and may not reflect how a user is feeling or his condition and are not meant to be used as any medical advice/guide. Users are advised to use these using their own reasoning.
